CaCCCHE invites nominations for our 2025-2026 CaCCCHE Executive Board.
Eligibility is limited to current or potential members for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Nominees who are not yet active members must activate or renew their membership by paying their dues upon notification from the Past-President. Membership must be finalized no later than 11:59 PM PDT on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, two business days prior to the start of the election voting period on Friday, February 21, 2025.
Elected Positions for 2025-2026:
- President-Elect ((1 Open Position)), The President-Elect supports the President in managing CaCCCHE’s operations, programs, and information dissemination. This role also includes facilitating drive-in conferences, supporting webinars, and contributing to the planning and execution of the annual summer conference (virtual, hybrid, or in-person). This is a 3-year term: the first year as President-Elect, the second as President, and the third as Past-President.
- Member-at-Large ((2 Open Positions)), Individuals in this role focus on recruiting new members, retaining current members, and fostering engagement through networking and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities include facilitating webinars, supporting drive-in conferences, and contributing to the planning and execution of the annual summer conference (virtual, hybrid, or in-person). This is a 2-year term.
- Media Coordinator ((1 Open Position)). This role involves managing the CaCCCHE website and overseeing media-related accounts. The Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating graphic design and promoting CaCCCHE announcements and events across social media platforms. This is a 2-year term.
CaCCCHE Executive Appointed Position (1 Open Position, Knowledge and Skills Specific):
- Treasurer-Trainee ((1 Open Position)), The Treasurer-Trainee shadows the Treasurer to learn how to manage and monitor business operations, financial transactions, and fiscal records in collaboration with financial service providers. This role also supports webinars, drive-in conferences, and the annual summer conference (virtual, hybrid, or in-person). After the first year, the Treasurer-Trainee transitions into the Treasurer role, followed by serving as Past-Treasurer in the final year. This is a 3-year term.
